Tagged

I have been tagged by BettyBetty at Itchy Bits. Here is I need to do.

1.Find the book closest to you and turn to page 123
2.Locate the 5th sentence
3.Post in your blog the following three sentences
4.Then challenge five others to do the same

I always have the dictionary right by the computer since spell check can't always figure out what I mean!

3 a series of pictures flashed on a screen in rapid succession so that things in them seem to move
4 story in the form of a film
film'strip' n. strip of a film with stills of pictures, charts, ect. on some subject

I will tag
Home is where the Central Cardio-pulumonary Organ is,
bossy at i am bossy and
swampy at Anecdotes, Antidotes & Anodes

I know it is only three! And I also realize I still don't know how to add a link properly :) Heck they aren't even full sentences. That will teach you to tag me!!! :)

Blogger makes it easy to add a link. I'll try to explain. This is how I do it anyway. I copy the address to the site that I want to link to. I do it one of two ways...you can grab it from the address bar while on the site that you are trying to link or if you have the site in your blog roll you can right click on it and select copy shortcut. The link will sit on your clipboard while you return to your post and type out the word you want to use as the link. Say you want to link to me. Type itchy bits in your post. Highlight the word itchy bits. Up above in the blogger tool bar you will see a globe thing that looks like it is wearing a seat belt. Click on that and it will bring up a field box. Paste the address that you have sitting on your clipboard here (right click and select paste or ctrl v). Blogger will automatically put the address in a html format so you don't have to (tip: make sure you completely replace what is in the field box so you don't get 2 http://). At this point you should see itchy bits underlined showing it as a link in your post. Let me know when you get that down and then I will show you how to make the link open in a new window so your readers do not leave your website when they follow your links.
